58/366: Sausage Stuffing

Last night at dinner, we were discussing how gluten free bread really isn't bread at all.

At least that is how gluten free bread used to be.  So much has changed in 9 years. 

Including stuffing.  Grainless Baker has dry bread cubes for stuffing.  Although most GF bread is hard enough without baking them, these are a great and easy way to go.

I made this recipe from Ina Garten.  The spicy sausage was fantastic!  The apples were still crisp and the mix of crunch and chew from the dried cranberries was perfect.  I think it was the best gluten free stuffing yet.

That Contessa surely knows her stuff.
