159/366: All American
Last week, I was craving a messy, hearty, all-American meal.
Please don't get all 'google' and tell me ribs are from Indonesia and watermelon is from Trinidad and Tobago, or just Tobago. To me, this is a good all-American meal.
I seared the ribs in butter and put them in the crock pot with some Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce (my favorite). Steamed some corn and cut the first watermelon of the season.
Hope you all are having a great weekend. We are on the two week countdown to the end of school for the kiddos. They are very excited.
Me? Not so much.
