Last week, I held the first annual Gluten Free Cookie Exchange.
It was fun. Nothing like a table full of safe cookies! And truffles.
It's really nice to have such a great selection of cookies.
Unfortunately, I've eaten most of them and they may not make it to the Christmas table.
So I made more...two more refrigerated doughs in the fridge for today. Another round of cut outs. Only white icing for my boy and an all natural candy sprinkle made with beet juice and berries. Healthy, too!
