and the omission of baking soda.
Do you know what happens when you don't add the baking soda? Nothing.
It doesn't rise. It doesn't get moist.
It gets dense. And yucky.
Blah. So much for this Thing that is now in the trash.

haha! I've made muffins once with out sugar (unintentionally). We ate them with lots of jam on each and every one!
